    For the past few years I have been a major fan of self-care. As a mom I was stuck in mom mode and always put my needs on the back burner. Until I discovered by taking care of myself first I can take care of others better. This self-care challenge enabled me to think deeper and truly discover a stronger sense of self and listening to my needs. I highly recommend this program whether you are just learning about self-care or if you consistently do self-care. I’s definitely been a game changer for me!

    This was exactly what I needed! I knew I needed to practice more self-care, but the times I needed it the most, I didn’t have the energy or desire to figure out what I needed! That’s why this program is perfect! I loved being able to open my email each morning and have something already prepared and waiting for me. I learned so much about myself and my individual needs, and I loved having a reason and permission to take care of me! It really helped me to get in the habit of self-care, and now I have a whole arsenal of self-care magic!

    I loved this program! I was starting to get in a funk and this program really helped pull me out of it!! It’s a perfect way to help you remember that if you don’t take care of yourself you will begin to feel overwhelmed and everything will feel like it’s too much in your life. When we take care of ourselves life just feels easier.

    I loved this challenge! So many wonderful things have come from taking a step a day towards taking care of myself and finding the happiness. It was exciting to wake up each morning, and have a small surprise to do for myself each day. Charlsye was so patient too as I had a death in the family and had to work around that while things settled down. I was actually able to do all 21 days of the challenge (even though it wasn’t in the 21 days), and I think that is the key. We can all make resolutions to take care of ourselves, but having accountability, and somebody to cheer you on, and make sense of some of your hang ups, really does help. Charlsye and other ladies in the group were so supportive, and that was half the fun too, because we could all cheer each other on. Here is the big deal too – I am still doing it! I have made it a habit and it is in my plans to take care of myself. It has helped me in very real and very personal ways, that come as a result of making yourself a priority by feeding your mind and soul. My habits are helpful. I think a huge thing for me is greater compassion for myself. I have been able to move past my failures quickly each day, and realize my failures are a result of me trying, and I’ve come to realize that I can respect that about myself. It even seems like my successes are more abundant, because I am setting FOCUSED goals with steps to reach them. The process was small, simple, and achievable, but poured out some great and lasting benefits.

    Wow!! What an amazing experience to learn some news ways to give myself the love and care that I deserve and need on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. Learning to take time for myself and to see the happiness it brought to some of my days was just what I needed in my life. It’s easy and eye opening, I hope that every woman will take this opportunity to show themselves the love that they deserve! It is worth it… I am worth it…. you are worth it!!
